The exercises below are featured in OptiHealth's Muscles for Billy and CrossComps. The given Rep counts at the stated Goal Weights for men and women (18+ y/o) when applicable are for a Goal Time (intensity) of 1 minute or less, including recovery time. These are consistent with a "moderately fit" individual with a BMI in the Healthy weight range. Modifying the exercise or adjusting the weight/resistance or time frame can increase or decrease the intensity or help accommodate limitations.
